BWY/BWR series transformer oil surface/winding temperature controller

The BWR-04 (TH) series transformer winding temperature controller is a specialized instrument for transformers of 500kV and below. It is designed to measure and control the oil temperature of large transformers, and is also suitable for temperature detection and control of other equipment.

The BWY-803 and 804 (TH) series transformer oil surface temperature controllers have good protective performance and can work normally under outdoor conditions. There are four sets of adjustable control switches inside the instrument, which can be used for starting the transformer cooling system, signaling alarms, and emergency tripping. At the same time, it can remotely transmit temperature signals to the control center and synchronously display transformer oil temperature. Adopting composite sensing technology, this product is designed according to the requirements of large transformer users to ensure the reliability and safety of the operation of large power transformers. The product is embedded with Pt100 platinum resistors in the temperature pack, and the temperature signal can be transmitted to XMT series digital temperature display instruments hundreds of meters away through the wiring terminals inside the meter.

This instrument is designed based on the principle of additional temperature rise. It is based on BWR-04 and adopts international advanced technology to integrate the BWR-04 transformer winding temperature controller and integrated inverter into one. This product has the characteristics of small size, comprehensive functions, easy installation, and simple operation. Output (4-20) mA current or RS485 signal for computer systems and secondary instruments to achieve unmanned power station management.
