GW4-40.5 (72.5) High Voltage Isolation Switch

GW4-40.5 and 72.5 series outdoor AC high voltage isolation switches (hereinafter referred to as isolation switches). Suitable for use as a voltage no-load time division circuit in power systems with a frequency of 50Hz and rated voltages of 40.5kV and 72.5kV. The anti fouling isolation switch can meet the requirements of users in heavily polluted areas and effectively solve the problem of pollution flashover that occurs during the operation of the isolation switch.

The isolation switch can be equipped with an attached grounding switch, each with an independent operating mechanism. In order to ensure the correct operation sequence between the isolation switch and the grounding switch, this product is equipped with a mechanism interlocking device.

This product has the following different specifications:

1. Divided by the presence or absence of a grounding switch: ungrounded, single grounded, double grounded

2. Divided by usage area: ordinary type, anti fouling type.

The characteristics of this series of isolating switches are: (1) the power terminal transitions through a soft connection, ensuring reliable conductive contact; (2) The ground knife adopts an external closing arrangement to ensure reliable insulation distance between the ground knife and the other electrical terminal during the closing process.
