terminal box
The AY-XDW (N) - I (II) series terminal box is a type of interface device used for transferring construction lines, covering branch lines, and providing convenience for wiring and inspection. Mainly used for on-site control of low-voltage system equipment power in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises with voltages of 35-500kV and below.
In some cases, for the convenience of construction and debugging, some special and regularly installed products such as short-circuit isolators can be installed in the terminal box. A terminal block is a type of accessory product used to achieve electrical connections, which is classified as a connector in industry. With the increasing degree of industrial automation and stricter and more precise requirements for industrial control, the usage of terminal blocks is gradually increasing. With the development of the electronics industry, the use of terminal blocks is becoming more and more widespread, and the types are also increasing.
The material of the box body is high-quality stainless steel plate, and the structure has a rainproof top cover. The door and box body adopt a fully enclosed structure with sealed rubber strips and waterproof grooves, which have four anti rain, anti wind, anti sand, and anti dust functions. There are air vents at the top and bottom, and stainless steel mesh is densely packed to form convective air, which plays a cooling role and ensures that the internal components of the box are dry. The inlet and outlet lines are protected by sealing rings and can also be sealed with rubber putty. The lighting inside the box adopts a refrigerator style structure, with lights on the doors for easy maintenance. The box is equipped with a temperature and humidity controller, which can prevent insulation degradation and short circuit faults caused by frost and condensation, making it safer and more reliable to use.
